Host a Drive
Hosting a drive is one of the most accessible ways to help Good Neighbors keep our shelves stocked and community members cared for.
Schools, offices, faith communities, neighborhood groups, and families can collect food, hygiene supplies, grocery store gift cards, or other high-need items. Reach out to us at volunteer.goodneighbors@gmail.com and we are happy to provide a current needs list, flyers, guidance, and drop off instructions!

How it works
Running a drive is simple — we'll help you every step of the way.
1. Pick your focus
Choose what to collect: non-perishable food, hygiene essentials (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant), menstrual products, or a mix. We'll share a list of our most-needed items.
2. Set the dates
Drives can run for a week, a weekend, or a full month — whatever fits your group. Timing around a pantry Saturday (third Saturday of the month) is especially helpful so items go straight onto tables.
3. Spread the word
We'll provide flyers, social media copy, and talking points. You rally your people. The more who participate, the more neighbors you feed.
4. Deliver to the pantry
Drop off collected items at St. Chrysostom's on pantry day (3:45–4:30 PM) or coordinate a separate drop-off with our team.
What we need most
Our neighbors consistently request these items. Focusing on these makes the biggest impact.
